The bill (Reg. No. 2087) suggests completing the list of general institutions of secondary education for citizens that need social assistance and rehabilitation, and are provided by the expenditures from the budget of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and oblast budgets and are taken into account in determining the amount of intergovernmental transfers, with the following: lyceums - boarding schools, gymnasiums - boarding schools, collegiums - boarding schools, by amending subclause "a" of paragraph 2 of Article 90 of the Budget Code.
